Not every question deserves your attention.
Most suffering repeats because we keep asking the same type of question:
- “Why is this happening to me?” (victim loop)
- “What if everything goes wrong?” (fear loop)
- “How do I control the outcome?” (power loop)
Today is the upgrade: we install a Question Filter — a simple protocol that turns spirals into steps.
The 3 Filters
Run your question through these before you ask:
Filter 1 — Truth
Is this question honest, or is it hiding something I don’t want to feel?
Filter 2 — Agency
Does this question give me a next step, or does it demand a guarantee?
Filter 3 — Peace
If I receive the answer, will it bring me closer to clarity — or deeper into obsession?
Upgrade Your Question
Replace vague questions with structured ones:
Old: “Why am I stuck?”
New: “What is one belief I can release today that would create forward movement?”
Old: “Will it work out?”
New: “What is the most stable action I can take today regardless of the outcome?”
Old: “What’s wrong with me?”
New: “What part of me needs care, and what is one small way I can give it today?”
Mini-Practice: The 60-Second Reset
- Exhale fully (let your shoulders drop).
- Say: “I choose clarity over noise.”
- Write one sentence: “The real question is ____.”
Stop after one sentence. Your nervous system often relaxes when the question is clean.
Today’s Mantra
“My questions shape my reality. I ask what builds me.”
Ready to Ask? (One Question → One Answer → Cooldown)
Use the filter, then ask one grounded question. Keep it simple and direct:
“What is my most honest next step today about ____?”
